General
MESSmatik AG carries out calibrations of parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, pressure, light, acceleration, voltage and current. Calibrations may take place either at the MESSmatik site or directly on your premises. Devices and sensors are also adjusted if possible.
Temperature
The measuring of temperature plays an important role in almost every industrial sector. It is therefore essential to calibrate the temperature measuring instruments in use, such as data loggers, resistance sensors, thermocouples, etc.
We offer ISO / IEC 17025 (SCS) or factory calibrations (including certificates) for temperature sensors and data loggers within a range from -90 to +155°C, as well as Pt100 input testing of measurement devices within a range from -200°C to +800°C or thermocouple type K from -250 to +1250°C.
On request, we also offer on-site calibration.
Relative Humidity
Precise calibration of humidity measurement devices requires a high level of metrological know-how. MESSmatik AG's accredited calibration laboratory calibrates different kinds of metrological data loggers/sensors at 0.5%rh and from 10.0 to 95.0%rh (steplessly). We offer ISO / IEC 17025 (SCS) calibrations or factory calibrations with certificates.
On request, we also offer on-site calibrations.
Pressure
Professional calibration of your pressure sensor is the prerequisite for ensuring the quality of your measurement results in the long term. We calibrate pressure sensors or pressure data loggers from 0.2 to +10bar.
All tests are traceable to the ISO / IEC 17025 calibration standard.
On request, we also offer on-site calibrations.

Acceleration
Current / Voltage
All voltage ranges from 300 mV to 15'000 mV (15 VDC) and current ranges from 0 to 24 mA are tested with a DAkkS certified precision voltage transmitter.
Light
We calibrate your MSR shock data logger between +/-1G and +/-15G.
All tests are traceable to the ISO / IEC 17025 calibration standard.

In the field of occupational health and safety, measuring light intensity plays a decisive role, because good working conditions have top priority. This also includes checking the lighting conditions at the workplace. This is why almost all industries use light intensity meters.
MESSmatik AG has the competence to carry out calibrations of light intensity measurement devices within a measuring range from 0 to 4,000Ix.
